Community Health and Well-being Grants Fund

Funding for community groups and health related projects up to £500

NHS Rotherham has made available £10,000 annually for a small grants scheme for community groups and projects in Rotherham.

The aim of this funding is to improve health and well-being in Rotherham. 

Grants will need to be spent within one year of being allocated.  A panel is held every other month, to ensure a fast turnaround.

Groups and organisations working in Rotherham are able to apply as many times as they want.

Applications that show clear outcomes and that link into priority areas for Health Improvement in Rotherham will be prioritised.
