Decision time

When an issue, complaint or request for joint work is received by LINkrotherham it is taken to the LINk Governing Board who decide whether we will work on the issue or not.

If we decide to go ahead with a project then normally a task group is set up to work on the project.  Each task group is different some will meet face to face others will communicate by telephone or e-mail.  Some groups will only run for a couple of weeks, some for a couple of months and some for longer.

Deaf or Hard of Hearing Project

Are you Deaf or Hard of Hearing?

Do you have difficulty when attending out patient clinics at Rotherham Hospital?

LINkrotherham is working with Rotherham’s Hard of Hearing and Deaf groups to see if the needs of patients with hearing difficulties receive the support and help they need when attending outpatient clinics.

We will be attending Rotherham Hospital Outpatients on 26th, 28th and 30th April to carry out a survey to see what kind of services Deaf or Hard of Hearing people are getting.  The questionnaire is also live on the website from Monday 12th April.  If you are Deaf or Hard of Hearing please complete the survey or contact us with your stories about attending Rotherham Hospital outpatient clinics whether they are good or bad.  All personal details will be kept confidential.

If you would like to be involved with this project either by filling out a survey or joining the task group please contact the LINk Support Team.
